About my BOGO offer.

There's a open case in my account about that I've been charged for two devices ever since I bought them under the offer BOGO. It's been 7 months already, I would like to know when I will get a solution about it.

@Chrisjoe A few questions:

What kind of phones were each of them?
You purchased both on Next? (which plan?)
You haven't been late for any of your payments?
You added a new line?
When did you purchase the phones?

I bought 2 galaxy S7 Edge phones, on Next unlimited plan, on the last week of March 2016, no I've never been late on a payment. I didn't add any line. Thanks

I believe all of the 2016 BOGO offers required a new line. (Am I correct on this @lizdance40 ? )

All the BOGO offers required the line for the free phone must be new to ATT. Either entirely new or a port in. If both were upgrades, you never qualified.

This is the March BOGO offer. When the GS7 and GS7 Edge came out they were added with the same requirements.
