About my BOGO offer.
There's a open case in my account about that I've been charged for two devices ever since I bought them under the offer BOGO. It's been 7 months already, I would like to know when I will get a solution about it.

I believe all of the 2016 BOGO offers required a new line. (Am I correct on this @lizdance40 ? )

All the BOGO offers required the line for the free phone must be new to ATT. Either entirely new or a port in. If both were upgrades, you never qualified.
This is the March BOGO offer. When the GS7 and GS7 Edge came out they were added with the same requirements.

Read the rest of the BOGO requirements.
Are you on Next 24 (30 payments )???
Please Note the charge is not removed. After 2-3 months a credit is applied for about $21.66 which adds up to the total after 30 credits.
Please review your actual bill to verify you are on the correct Next installments and not receiving any credits.
