I'm on the one up contract. I've had nothing but problems. Its supposed to be a business line, unlimited premium, top insurance. I was given the wrong phone number different times. My account was under a different name but my purchase and credit card info attached. Found out they signed me up for a regular shared minutes plan, not a business line and no insurance. It was a mess I called to cancel my service and return my phone they said how valuable of a customer I am they will get it fixed. My bill was not supposed to have any activation fees and only 116.00 month before taxes. 150. & 189. Since July 21. I have also now had 3rd party subscription charged. The first day I was notified I cancelled and reported I did not authorize this and it needs to be cancelled. I try to cancel it on at&t end but to no success it keeps reoccurring. I want this corrected. I want my line as a business line like I ordered. I want my account fixed for the 2 29.99 charges i did not authorize and have proof i caught it the very next day and cancelled. I want my activation fee credited...and maybe a sorry and try treating me like the valuable customer you said I am

I am super displeased with your business and how this company runs. I cancelled auto pay in September, until I can get all of my overcharges and mistakes made by representative at the store in which i became a customer. Your company did not cancel autopay like I requested. I noticed on my banking app you have denied this request or just plain out ignored it. You have now charged me 3 times. Each time causing an overdraft fee of 35.00. Not to mention because of this you have created a snowball of overdrafts because of your poor business practices.
Also,why was I charged 150.00 for july21-26? Then charged 188.00 a week later for July26-aug 26? 150 dollars for 5 days of service? I wasnt even able to use my phone until August because of the representatives mistakes. I am not going to put up with this anymore.

30.00 activation fee - refund= 30.00
150.00 (for 5 days of service I didnt order!?!?!?!)- prorate immediately)
29.99 3rd party charges X 3 = 90.00 (I've requested this to be cancelled since Aug when I found unauthori,ed purchase. I've cancelled through their app from google play from the website I've tried everything and the only one I cant get to verify it's been cancelled is att... keeps saying sorry error, but yet on my att app say I have no subs eruption every purchased for this app ever PLEASE EXPLAIN)
35.00 NSF x 3 = 105.00 You continue to ignore my requests to stop auto pay until these charges are fixed.

2 days later you reply???? Say you're sending me a message? I'm I suppose to put my life on hold and wait? In the mean time you've just cost me huge amounts of money ignoring my request to cancel auto pay?!?!

If this is not done, my lawyer will be contacting you.

I need a reply today.

I suggest you read the terms of service BEFORE going the lawyer route just to save yourself some money.  You can take att to small claims but thats it otherwise its arbitration.
