I spoke with a representative in May. I originally called because my AT&T internet was not working, as it had been messed up for about 3 months.
He helped me, and then highly encouraged me to bundle all my devices for a special $200 reward Visa card for each item bundled. He asked me what devices I had, I told him 2 IPads, 2 phones with Verizon service, plus we needed a new line and phone . He said for each device, and for the new line, a $200 reward would be mailed to me within a month. So $1,000 was the total to be received by me. After switching to AT&T.
It’s July, no reward card has been received nor mailed for that matter. I’m wondering where it is. I’m sure this will be resolved, and maybe you are just busy. However, I would not have switched services had this not been promised. Yes, money talks these days.
especially since I get horrible AT&T service at my home, and have to sit outside in my driveway if I don’t want to drop a call.
