I signed up for post-paid wireless service on May 22nd, and I was told that I qualified for a $100 visa gift card, and that the card would be mailed to my home "in 3-4 weeks."
11 weeks later, I have not received this card.
Can you please help me resolve this?

For being a valued customer I have not received my rewards card this year. Please let me know what to do to receive it.

That doesn't work since AT&T prepaid never sent the letter to many of us. I've never received an email or a letter with the code. Since AT&T is not helping I'm going to go to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to file a complaint.

Any luck? i have same issue, all calls to at&t are useless. They just don't care to help give what was promised . I am dropping my lines. F them.

Yes. I'm going to drop them too. They even have ANOTHER PROMOTION for a $50 Visa Card to add another line. Really? I wonder how many people will fall for that!
