refund for upgrade 1 phone 6+ to *+

post paid account mailed my i phone 6+ the same day that i received my i phone 8+ was told by the customer service rep that my i phone 6+ was received in texas on sept 24th now im still waiting for my credit pf 120.00 that no one has followed up with me.it will be 2 months 11/24
