reduplication payment my plan

i did payment my plan yesterday.

already payment.

also i want discount monthly $10.

so i did try auto pay.

but It was a duplicate payment my money $50.

can you please refund my money $50?

Now with regards to a refund, we do not provide refunds for prepaid accounts. If there was a double payment submitted on your account, you will have a credit balance that can be used for your next month's bill.
