Welcome to the Community Forums! Removing the Purchase Blocker feature on your account can definitely be done and I can help you with this.

 

Once you’re signed into your online account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Wireless Services.
  2. Select the device for which you want to manage.
  3. Under Manage my current features section, select the feature you’d like to manage.
  4. Select Remove this feature.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your change.
  6. Repeat steps to change or remove features for another device.
