myATT missing my wireless tab
My online account and cell phone myATT app no longer have the "my wireless" tab to view data and text usage. Here is what happen- I removed the primary line on my account on 8/4 and the ATT rep was suppose to make the other line as primary. However, once I logged back into the app I notice that I could not see my data usage anymore. I called serval times and now I realize ATT suck... I generally have good services, but if there is a problem you better not call cause they will hang up without hesitation.Can anyone help me! I delinked and relinked my wireless account from my online profile and that did not work. I deleted and reinstalled the mobile app and that did not work... I went into the store and they do not have a clue what's going on- told me to wait a few weeks...
