Hi @tyoung003,
To change your combined bill status, contact the combined/unified bill department at 800-288-2020. Have your combined/unified account number and your passcode handy. This is your U-verse account number, not the wireless or DIRECTV account numbers, and is 9 digits long.
If you call wireless or DIRECTV and mention billing to either of their IVRs, it should also redirect you to combined/unified billing support.
Keep in mind, the $10/month combined/unified billing discount is no longer being offered and if you de-enroll from combined/unified billing, you will not be eligible for that promotion anymore should you choose to enroll in combined/unified billing again.
I believe combined/unified billing support is available M-F 8am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm in your local time (based on the area code of your phone number in my experience).
