fraudulent account opened in my name

Someone used my name and my address to opened one unauthorized account. Impossible to pass through the automatic answer to speak with a representative on the phone.

Call 877-844-5584 to speak to fraud. Be prepared for a long hold time.

To report that your identity was used to establish AT&T service without your knowledge simply call 877.844.5584 for Wireless accounts or dial 866.718.2011 for Home Phone, Internet, or U-verse TV accounts.

someone open an account under my name and it has brought my credit down 61 points, im wondering is there any way at&t can cancel this account, if so whats the phone number ?
