data plan change

i stuck around with At&t even when the switched names to cingular and back to At&t because i was a loyal customer and they turn around and give me a data plan change with me knowing and  i can't go back. This is how treat loyal customers. i was even on a corporate discount thru my job with At&t. I never thought about switching cell phone providers but you guys got me researching #1 providers now in nyc.

When did your plan change, also what plans did the account change from and to? AT&T would never change an account plan without the original account owner’s request to do so. The account change would have been notified to the owner by email or text as soon as it was updated. This notice also includes whether a grandfathered plan is being modified, and a warning of irreversible options.
