cell phone bill
I called to add "passport" to my account and evidently it was not added and I have a large expense.
It's not right to treat a loyal costumer of over 25 yrs that way. They confirmed my call on that day (bc I documented the call, but said no notes were taken. at their end.
I will be changing service providers
