cancel my pre paid account - forget my number
My name is Brad Robson. I signed up for a pre account on my recent trip to nyc and selected auto pay. I signed up store location 362 Nnickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn, NYC.
I’m back in Sydney now and I completely forgot to cancel my account. I need to cancel my account as it’s set to auto pay and Im still getting charged. I can’t remember the number attached to my account and I don’t have the sim.
Can someone please help?!

If you don’t know the number, cancel the card used to pay. Your number is the only way At&t can find your account.
