art.com/tc doesn't work
After placing an order I was told to go to att.com/tc to accept terms and conditons. I have tried with correct wireless number and zip code but it says "TW0017: We’re having some trouble finding your order. Be sure to enter a wireless number from your recent order, and try again."
Is there an alternative to this? The page says this has to be done for shipment to proceed.

I apologize for the trouble you’re having with the terms and conditions website!
Was the order placed online or in a store location? If the account information is not accepted on the Web T&Cs site, it may have already been accepted, or the order may be held in the original ordering system.
Have you also tried accepting the terms and conditions using different Internet Browsers?
You always have the option of accepting terms and conditions through the phone’s IVR system at 866-895-1092 at any time as well.
