activating go phone password 8 listed wants 4
so activating go phone hotspot
screen lists 8 digit password
activate account wants 4 digit
say request password change on website
website says password sent
text on phone says password reset. how to find it:? password on screen is still same 8 number.

Welcome to the Community Forums! I recently had to rely on the hotspot on my phone, so I can understand the inconvenience of it not working. I would be happy to help.
First try restarting the phone, this helps refresh the device. If it is an iPhone, please hold the home and power button until the phone restarts. For Androids hold the power button until the phone shuts down or you are given the option to power down. Try the hotspot again.
If you continue to have issues, please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Make sure your device is selected, and then choose Hotspot for the issue. Please run through all the steps completely.
