Wireles account/ and canceled Uverse bundle account
Can someone assists me with my accounts. First I went to one of AT&T retailer to open a personal wireless phones including one iPad tablet. Now i found out there were 4 numbers in my account in which I only opened 2 wireless and 1 tablet. In addition, to that My phone number was not successfully transferred from another service and what had happened after few weeks of using my number through Att&t my phone stopped working thats when I found out that it wasnt successfully transferred. I didn't received any letter that my phone will be cancelled will have to pay the full amount of the phone if I didn't return the devise. Also I requested if they could just provide me another number instead but they indicated its not possible. I've been talking to customer service for several weeks now. They've transferred me to different department and whats frustrating about it is that they do not communicate and I end up repeating myself over and over about my situations to different agent. I always end up on the phone for over an hour waiting and discussing the same issue but no one was able to assists me even until now. Last night 10/3/17 i spoke to an agent and indicated that she will call me back today to assists me with the payment including my phone due to she can't do anything about the phone that was canceled and that unfortunately i have to pay the full amount of 1000+ dollars. Even it wasnt my fault, I asked for assistance but no one was able to support me. In addition, I opened a personal phone account not a business phone and i couldn't access my full account on my wireless phone due to its stating that its for business. When I spoke to agent on the phone last night her suggestion is to open another line and go to the retailer to have the other number removed. So today I went to the store and i complained about the 4th number in our account. The agent assisted me to just open a new line as to they can no longer assist me with the other cancelled number. I had to do it due to I need a phone. As I informed to the store agent about the 4th number, I dont know how he did it but he placed a sim card using the unknown 4th number in our account which is now my new number. Its just been so confusing. I dont know what is going on.
Another issue, the time that I went to open new line. I was offered a Uverse bundle which I also took but after it was installed and trying it for one night, we weren't happy about the service due to the service was not clear and blurry. So i contacted the customer service and requested to just cancel my Uverse bundle account. I returned all the equipments after receiving a letter on how to return it. Then when I was having my phone situated and speaking to customer service thats when I found out that I owe internet/home phone bill which i expecting to be canceled due to I've already also returned all the equipment. Again i've spoken to customer service all about it and found out that the person whom I spoke to only canceled my cable not my Uverse bundle account, until now waiting for any support about it.
I really need someone assistance at this time because its been very frustrating. I even regret opening a line through At&T because i feel like i am being cheated and no one seem to bother to help me. If any of you are reading this and I hope someone will be able to reach out to me and assists me with my situations. I came to this thread because I am tired speaking to customer services.
