Why is my data usage so high?

I just realized that AT&T has been sending messages daily informing me that I am “flying through the data and should switch to Wi-Fi”. It appears my account is billing 1-3 GB of data per day and has been for months!  I ALWAYS USE WI-Fi.  I work from home and all of my data usage is basically when I’m home.  I always monitor to make sure my phone is on wi-fi -since this company plan doesn’t offer unlimited and I was told to conserve.  Any thoughts?

Look at your phone. It tracks all cellular data usage, it will tell you what is using data. Just being connected to WiFi doesn’t necessarily stop your phone from using cellular data. Check all your settings. Turn WiFi assist off. If necessary, restrict which apps are allowed to use cellular data. ATT does not tell your phone when to use cellular data, you totally control data usage.
