I’m still waiting for my bill to be cleared up and this is ridiculous. I switched carriers because of this kind of incompetence. I was told to send my proof to email@example.com and it was sent back to me as an incorrect address. Just now I looked on this forum and it says the address is different then the one repeated to me several times by the stupid rep I talked to on the phone. I’ve been trying to clear this up for several weeks. I paid at an att kiosk and got a receipt and that still wasn’t good enough and att has no proof of my payment. Even showing the receipt in person at the store didn’t clear it up. Meanwhile creditors calling and bugging. FED UP!
