Why can't you talk to anyone anymore?

I need help getting my account # since I went to paperless billing..But to better serve me I can't talk to anyone for two days ..

I will be more than happy to assist you further with obtaining your account number. I apologize you have not been able to speak with someone sooner.

You can actually view your account number on your My AT&T account online. Please go to the I Want To menu, from there go to Billing, Usage, Payments, then select Bill Details. To the top right of Billing & Usage (or directly under it), your account number will display. Alternatively you can also view your last bill and the account number will display on the top right of the page as well.
