Who do I contact?
In November I went to the local AT&T Store here in Sun City Center, Fl to be added to my friend's phone line. While there the store manager, Jeneva, told me that she would sell me a tablet for 99 cents. I asked her if that was all it would cost and she assured me that was it. I assumed that it was a cheap item that was an inducement to new customers. She said that she needed to put a phone number on it. When I exclaimed that I did not want to use it as a phone and did not want a phone number, she said it was for the company's use only. After a billing cycle I discovered that I was being charged $10/month and was given a 2-year phone contract for something near $100/month. When we went back to the store & confronted her, she said that she could not take back the tablet without a $45 restocking fee. By calling AT&T direct we seem to have cleared it all up. However, I would like to explain to her supervisor what she is doing to the senior citizens in Sun City Center. How do I find out how to find and contact that person?
