I've mailed back my old damaged phone on 12/21/2018. It is now 12/27/2018.
The tracking code still shows no information. Obviously xmas slowed things down but I would at least have expected it to register something on the site by now. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem on the website? Can someone else look into the tracking number directly another way?
Wait, you mailed a damaged phone for a WARRANTY replacement? I hope you mean insurance. Warranty is for 1 year and damaged phones void warranty.

First of all you are correct, I'm sorry it's an insurance replacement phone.The packing slip said to attach label to the box and mail damaged phone back with usps. Yes I checked with usps they say it was shipped but nothing else. All I have is a tracking number to check at www.tracking.smartlabel.com but it shows nothing received and my 10 days to return is up. So don't know what to do.
