No, suspending it will not stop you from being billed. You need to call to cancel any line. Adding it back later would be the same as adding a new tablet. You would pay the appropriate activation fee.

I called 800.331.0500 yesterday and because my ipad is not operable they told me to go to a specific ATT store. At that store today they told me they are not a "corporate store" and I need to go to another store. I want to cancel this account do to ipad being dead. Can you help?
