WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
PLACED AN ORDER 10 DAYS AGO, HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE FOR A TOTAL OF OVER 4 HOURS!!!!!!
I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BY MORE THAN 1 PERSON!.
I AM AT MY WITS END WITH ATT AND WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE ATT.
I EVEN CURRENTLY HAVE ATT UVERSE, ATT INTERNET AND AM TRYING TO GET MY CELL SERVICE.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT CAN GET ANYTHING DONE, CORRECTLY!!!!!!
ATT YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Thank you for posting here on the Community Forums. I greatly apologize you have had this experience with our customer service. I would be upset as well if I couldn’t get my needs taken care of.
May I ask if you were able to get your cellular service taken care of? What I would like to do is send you a private message to gather some more information on your interaction and service needs.
I will also be sending your feedback to the store’s management in order for them to be able to approve upon their customer experience for every interaction.

Can I for the life of me talk to someone that can help me?!?!?!?!?!?!? Transferred back and forth and no one can freaking help me!!!! THIS IS THE WORST EVER! I have never in my life been so frustrated!!! All I need to do is find out why I haven't received my order when it should have been delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you go to check on your order status, what does it show? This can identify what could be delaying your order’s arrival
