WHY CAN'T I GET MY REWARDS AS PROMISED???

I HAVE SENT A COPY OF MY FINAL BILL FROM T MOBILE 4 TIMES AND STILL ALL I GET IS SOME B/S THAT THEY CAN'T READ IT OR CAN'T IDENTIFY MY NUMBER, ETC. THIS HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST NIGHTMARE I'VE EVER HAD AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I'M GOING TO TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW...IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENCE, MISLEADING, AND OUTRIGHT LYING...I WAS WITH T MOBILE FOR 20YRS AND NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF CRAP, AND WHEN MY OBLIGATION IS FINISHED I'M GOING BACK TO THEM...AT&T SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF SUCH LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A COMPANY SO BIG...

Go to an ATT company store with your final bill and have them upload it for you.

I’ll give it a try, but I found the stores to be similar to a used car lot and the employees just as air-headed…I was simply disappointed in the quality ATT accepted in hiring these folks, especially with the dollars a customer ends up spending…I recommend a “house cleaning”...

I wont disagree.   please not I recommend a company store, NOT and authorized retailer.
