Upset about continuing increases for customers that have remained loyal to ATT
I'm not happy with the constant nickel and diming ATT has commenced to. I find it very annoying that as a customer for nearly 15 years that I am subject yet to another rate hike. This is why you are losing customers ATT. GREED. You're making it difficult to stay with your company.

AT&T is in the busines to make money. With the older unlimited data plans they are not making much off them. They are trying to get people off these and on the newer plans.

@Monica8773 You've had that plan for how many years? Two price increases for that plan in the last 8 years? Not so bad.
They're offering to pay off your EFT to go to another company, I don't think they're really concerned about that. Sorry!
