Unlock Phone No Confirmation
Yesterday afternoon after completing the form for 3 phone lines to be unlocked only 1 had sent any confirmation. This first line was successful. Went back today and found the other 2 had no e-mail confirmation to continue with the process. Went through all e-mail including spam/trash/etc. so that is not the issue. Within the last hour I was able to get another one of the devices to send a confirmation e-mail after waiting 24 hours and the status states the phone is unlocked but there again was no confirmation e-mail. The last line is still stating to wait for 24 hours but it has been well over that time period and I cannot submit another request. Phone calls to AT&T redirected me to the portal which again never sent an e-mail! Was hoping to complete this today to avoid another billing cycle for these lines. When, if will I be able to submit another request as clearly the 24 hours isn't working and the e-mail system being utilized isn't sending out the confirmation links.
