Trade In and switcher program

I traded in a moto force Droid in october from Verizon. I was supposed to get 225 from phone and then balance of 650 from rebate. I received nothing and it's January. Device site said not received but I added tracking and it was received in October! This is a huge Scam. I called several times told I would get a call back to fix issue. Nothing has been resolved and I'm out a phone and all the money. ATTENTION ATT this is a terrible start. Might as well go back to Verizon with the 5 lines on this account.

Hello @Zacthecpt!

I am so sorry your start with us is off to such a rocky start. I know how important it is to receive all the credits you are due when start services! We greatly appreciate you switching to AT&T and want to make sure you are able to receive your gift card.

Since the switcher program is ran by Young America, they would be the point of contact in finding out the next step. Of course you can check the status of your promotion at any time. If this does not give you the information you need they have a contact us option available as well. From this page you can view their phone number as well as complete the form to receive an email within 1-2 business days regarding the promotion. Their direct number is 1-866-852-8617 and hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7am- 7pm Central Standard time.

Our Trade-in program page also has the option to complete a form for an email response. They have also listed a phone number, 1-888-445-6005 and are available Monday through Friday 7am -10pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am – 7 pm Pacific Standard Time.

I hope this helps out! Thank you for reaching out to us!

@Zacthecpt

There have been frequent errors, so don't lose your receipts.   The original trade in amount should be credited to the account, or sent as a card to be used to pay your ATT bill.

The reimbursement is not for $650, it is only for what you owe on the phone.

So if you owe $300 ETF to Verizon, you have only another $75 coming from young America.

@Zacthecpt And if you only owe Verizon $200, then you're done.
