To much data

My family, in most cases, is almost always connected to a Wi-Fi source and that would be at home.  Yet, my children seem to use up 90% while my wife and myself don't even reach 1GB.  How can I tell what it is they are doing that is causing them to use so much data?

As @curiouscat wrote, the data usage is only on the phone.

You can change settings on high use apps to reduce usage or limit to wifi.  Settings are usually within the apps.

Once you know which apps, if you need further help, just holler back.

You also have the option to turn data off on a line on the My ATT app.  Give the kids notice they have a cap, check weekly and notify them if they are over.  Then shut them off as warned.  Once or twice and they will start monitoring on their own.

Older screen shot.  Hopefully streamsaver is on for your lines.  The top switch turns data off.  It will turn on automatically once your data renews.

If your children will let you, go to their phone's settings > cellular data usage> scroll down and from there you will see the apps that use the most data.
