Ticket Tuesday not working

I received a Ticket Twosdays verification pin number, chose my move and purchased 2 tickets. There is no discount.

I am sorry to hear you did not receive your discount! I would be quite disheartened if this occurred to me, and I will do everything I can to get this resolved.


This error usually occurs when the session expires. Please try returning to: Ticket Twosdays and re-authenticate.


If the issue continues, try clearing your browsers cache/cookies and/or use a different browser. If you are receiving an error message, please let us know.


We want to ensure this gets resolved. Take care!

Usually I can buy tickets with no problem, but today, I get an Invalid Promo Code error when I get redirected after choosing a theatre. I tried clearing out my history & cache, but the problem persists.

I cleaned my cache. i got three separate authentication codes and used firefox, chrome, and safari. I finally chatted with customer service and the price of the second ticket and most of the service fee refunded. I have bought tickets 4 timies. Twice no problem. Once no discount at and I did not contact customer support so never got that ticket refunded. Twice had no problem getting the dis counted tickets. This is frustrating, but I will try again when we wish to see a move on a Tuesday.

I also used different browsers (chrome & safari) on different devices (iPhone & iMac laptop), and it still didn't work. I have a feeling it had to do with the code it was giving my specific phone # because I ended up trying my mom's phone # (same family plan) and it worked fine.

This is my first time trying to buy Ticket Twosday 2 weeks in a row. Last week I bought on Tuesday and this week, I tried to buy earlier on a Friday & Saturday. Does the data not clear out on AT&T's end?

I have tried this several times to fix the problem today and still I am receiving the error so I just purchased the tickets wasn't worth the effort any longer to deal with this issue. Needs to be fixed whatever is causing it.

Getting "502 Bad Gateway" error.  Not able to book tickets through ATT Tuesdays offer.  Cleared cache in all my browsers.   Please help.

Ticket Tuesday is not working.  Cannot access site.  Getting: 

This site can’t be reached

tickettwosdays.att.com’s server IP address could not be found.

 

I have not had any problems until now.  What is the problem?

Have you upgraded to the new app?  I received notice to upgrade a few weeks ago - notice said the site would no longer work in January. I have had to trouble using the app.

No, I logged directly onto the site using my PC through the Google Chrome browser.  The app is for a android or Mac cell phone.  The notice I received last year is that we will have to use the access ID instead of the phone number and password.  The website:  https://tickettwosdays.att.com/  appears to be dead.  Did ATT replace the website address with another?

Att thanks is the only way to book now. tickettwosdays website went offline. over there we could do one booking per phone number and now its one booking per account. lets say if we have a family of 4 on ATT family plan, we will only get one ticket for free not two tickets like before
