Being able to check you text message logs should be a breeze! We can help you with that!
If you are trying to access the myAT&T app and it is still not loading your usage logs, you can uninstall and then re-download the app back onto your device. You can also check for available updates for the service app as well.
If you are using the web browser, we recommend deleting all cache and cookies and access our MyAT&T Login Portal to continue to view your usage history.
Feel free to also use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool by selecting your current device brand manufacturer/model, then select which specific issue and follow the prompts to help enhance your experience.
