Terrible wireless phone service.

Our wireless phone service for our 3 phones has been terrible for 3-4 months.  The calls are broken up, dropped or we don't receive them.  What is the problem?  I called in January to try to fix this but nothing has changed.  Please help.

 It's one location and not everywhere? Did it used to be okay in that location?

 

 

I'd be reporting it daily with the Mark the Spot app.

 

If it keeps up, it's time to switch carriers, obviously you need coverage, right?
