Switching from Family plan to individual plan

My family plan will be over in a few days and I want to switch my plan to an individual plan. I am not the account owner. Do I need to go to a store or I can handle this online?

Hi @HanL217!

 

To take ownership of your line simply have the account holder process a Transfer of Billing Responsibility of your line to you. After accepting the transfer, you ar required to create your own account and select a plan.
