Switcher Program - Being sent in circles

I signed up for ATT the begigning of december over the phone.

Place my orders for 5 phones and ported 4 numbers from t-mobile.

I specifically asked how should I return my old phones in order to get credit (switcher Offer), agent that helped me said to use the same box that the new phones were sent in and to use the label that would be inside the box.

I followed directions and sent the package with 3 Iphone 6S plus and 1 Samsung Note 5. Tracking #:***

RMA #: ***

This package was deliver and accepted on 12/28/17

I've submitted my final bills from T-mobilem everything has been received and the only thing they are waiting on is to get the phones.

It seems that I was given the incorrect information and those phones were sent to a different warehouse. 2 months went by and i've called many many many times and i'm being sent in circles being told that a case has been opened and assigned to a back office that does not answers phone calls.

account phone # *** i'm sure you guys can look up every single time I called in.
