How long can my account be under suspension until it's closed?

My account was suspended and I cannot pay right now.  How long do I have before then close  my account down. Also will they alert me before they do it?

Greetings @Orlandojr!

We would be more than happy to assist!

If an account has currently been suspended, a payment must be submitted in order for the account to be re-activated. Please know that a restoral fee would be included with the account.

If the account was cancelled for non-payment, you would have a certain time frame from the day of the cancellation to reactivate the service and to prevent your account and phone numbers from being recycled.

You can access our Restore Service for Suspended Account  for more information. And if you do require assistance, don't hesitate to reach back to us.

Have a great day!

My account was suspended an hour before I paid the past due balance, I followed the steps to reactivate it but it still hasn't restored yet. I plan on making the rest of the payment later in the week for this month but I need my service back ASAP. What should I do I can't call the 611 number and speak to a person, and the bot on the site here doesn't help either cause its the one that gave me the 611 number. Please help.

Once it is suspended, you have to pay the balance to $0 to get service restored.
