Splitting up a plan


Splitting up a plan

Have 7 lines on our plan, need to split into 2 plans. I am not the primary on current, will be on new plan.
Can I accomplish this or must primary acct holder do so? Or both?

The account holder has to call CS and authorize the lines to be taken. He'll be given a number for you to call to finish the process. If you don't make the call within a certain period of time (I think 14 days), the authorization is void.
