I would like to know how it is that I deal with a professional company like AT&T and get the runaround so poorly and so unprofessional and truly unacceptable and then be brushed off I entered in a two hour ordeal Saturday on upgrading my phone services to only find out later that it was not an upgrade it was a added two lines major blunder on AT&T's part phones already been shipped out so there's nothing that can be done until their return back to AT&T change my plans lied to me totally inconvenienced me but yet no compensation in anyway shape or form is offered to me after 15 years of service with AT&T I can't wait to end our contract once the phones are in your possession and then to add injury to insult your customer care offered me a $25 credit totally unacceptable totally unprofessional

I regret to hear you were charged for adding two lines while you were only supposed to be doing upgrades. This is definitely worrisome and I am extremely sorry you're dealing with this!
