Separate E911 address by phone, not account
I'm trying to get the E911 addresses set for the phones on my account (1 is my son's at college, another is my phone at home) - but there is not a choice to change my son's E911 address on his number, it only shows up for the primary number, which is mine.
He has a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, I have an iPhone. Does the Samsung phone not support WiFi E911?
How do I get the correct E911 address set per phone?

Hello @monfster,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! You have a great question regarding E911 addresses. I can definitely assist you with this!
There is a way to change the E911 address on the Samsung Galaxy S 7 Active by setting up Wi-Fi calling. When setting this feature up, it will ask you for the E911 address. You can set this up in Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi Calling > Get Started. We also have a great Device Support resource to assist. Please select your phones make and model, then navigate to Tutorials > Calling > Wi-Fi Calling for an interactive tutorial on the setup.
I hope this information helps you! If you need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. We want to ensure all of your concerns are taken care of!
