Where can I find my reward status?
How do contact someone to get my reward? I was told I would receive a reward after 30 day’s. I have called 3 days in a row and stayed on hold for HOURS! I am also unsuccessful at starting an online chat. Please help.

We understand your frustration and do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused!
Within 30 days/4 weeks of installation/activation of your service. You would receive the rewards card notification via email (if provided) or by your mailing address. After receiving the notification, you would have to go to the AT&T Rewards Center to enter your reward information and maintain an active service requirement to continue the claim process.
After providing your claim, it would take up to 3 weeks to receive your rewards card.
If you have any other questions regarding the rewards card claim, you can contact our AT&T Rewards Team at: 800.288.9983 which are available 7a.m - 7p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.

All you have to do is visit our Reward Center website and enter in your information to find out the status of your rewards.
