Returning device cancel a line

How do I go about returning a device and canceling a line I don't really need ,it's not under contract it's on AT&T next I got it 2 weeks ago

You have 14 days to return a device, I believe the day you got it counts as one day. (It should say that on your device)

 

Probably a $45 restocking fee, I'm not sure about the plan itself (not sure of the obligation when you first sign up), I know it's NOT prorated...

The day of purchase does count and on day 15 your stuck paying for the phone    

There is no obligation on the line except the phone.  If you cancel the line you have to pay off the phone on the next bill.

If you cancel the line, it is prorated on an existing account.
