I returned a damaged iPhone 7 that has a blank screen. I was told to erase all personal information on the damaged phone. I can not get this damaged phone to show anything on the blank screen, therefore I don’t know how to erase personal information. I have received my new phone through my insurance plan. How do I delete personal data when the screen is blank ?
