Reporting Fraud

Trying to report fraudulent activity on my account. I received an email that someone ordered an iPhone X using my account. I called the ATT fraud department as soon as they opened this morning and have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours and counting...Seriously?! If you’re that busy, what does that say about your cyber security???

Thee have been multiple reports in the past 2 days.  Please send your information directly by clicking here @ATTDmitriyCM    He is handling the fraud cases.

This is a customer populated forum, not AT&T Support.    If the account is in your exes name then as far as AT&T is concerned it is his phone.

Receiving text messages multiple times a day from scammer using AT&T name

The phone numbers are different each time.

The following are 4 of them I have received 1-346-342-2476/1-213-304-2445/1-260-710-9096/1-832-244-5584.

Not sure what can be done, but i thought you should be informed
