Replace a lost SIM via mail

Hello,

I've lost my SIM. Is it possible to get a replacement in mail or do I have to walk into an AT&T store?

Hi @farmacist19!

 

I can definitely help you out with getting your SIM card replaced! You can actually do one or the other depending on your preference – online or in store. Both options are free of charge to you.

 

For information on replacing the SIM card, you can check out the article Replace a SIM card through the AT&T website.

 

If you’re still using your existing SIM don’t order a replacement online because it’ll cancel your existing SIM card. To order a replacement SIM card:

 

  • Chat with us using the Chat button when available to have one shipped to your home.
  • Visit an AT&T store to get a SIM card immediately.
