Purchessed a wireless phone

I bought a 8 note 2 weeks ago. It's on my mom's account for universe, home phone, internet. I have access to her account. I can't find the charges any where. I put in the account number and it's no where to be found. I can create a I'd for the number but putting her account number won't work. How do I get to the bill?
