Purchase Blocker
How do I turn off the Purchase Blocker under Packages ? I want to buy the 20GB but, can't figure out how to turn it off. I've called 611 like it said to do but that was no help.

Purchase blocker doesn't prevent change of plan. It blocks particular devices from making major purchases on their device.
If you are not allowed to change the data plan, it would be your status. Are you the account owner or secondary user?
