Prepaid cards
I'm on auto pay but I was wondering if I could put prepaid cards on my account and when my account came do it would come out of there instead of the credit card

It stops being auto pay and you lose the discount

Having a prepaid account is definitely convenient! I would be more than happy to review the AutoPay payment methods with you.
Here is our AT&T Prepaid website which shows the options available. You can certainly enroll in AutoPay by using a credit/debit card, or you can use an e-check. I apologize, prepaid cards will not be accepted for auto payment at this time.
