Porting Issue

How to I speak to a real person at the porting department? I have gone through the queue and the phone tree multiple times. My wife's number still has not ported to ATT from Xfinity. The site says it is approved but still hasn't happened. Mine worked no problem and we are on the same acct from the same acct. It has been almost 2 months. I have called customer care and they try to help but send me to the port department where I never who anyone there.

I was able to fix the issue through chat. I got someone who was willing to help after being handed off about 4 times.

I want to port out one of the 3 ATT numbers in my account to another provider.  I have spent over 3 hours trying to work with your ATT service providers without satisfaction.  This is ridiculous.   I want to talk to someone who can remover port protection so that the number can be transfered to the new company.

@MadAsHellCustomer There's no reason to post in more than one place. Please see the thread you created for discussion of your issue.
