I synced my Plenti Card on April 3rd with my wireless account. My monthly payments are not showing up on my Plenti points. How do I get the points each month as I auto pay my bill?

Upon registering and linking your Plenti account with your AT&T account, Plenti points may be help in a pending status for up to 45 days. During this time, you will be able to see them in your points activity as “pending.” You will be able to use these points when their status has been changed to “added” in your account.
