Please help I need to cancel a payment asap.

My account was already scheduled for a bank draft and I didn't realize it until afterwards.  Please help I can't afford to make double payments since I don't work.  Please help I just made the payment an hr ago.

I need to cancel a payment that I just made an hr ago online.  I noticed my account already had a payment draft set up.  I don't work and need my payment refunded since I can't afford to make a double payment right now.  Please help.

Sorry to read of payment issue. The quickest way to resolve this is to chat with our teams. Also, depending on your account, you can also cancel the automatic payments and reinstate it by signing in at www.att.com.
