Please Stop
Please stop sending your stupid ads for the great bundle packages you have, only to discover that you do not have internet or phone sevices (2/3 of your bundle) available in my area!!!! I don't understand how these services are not available in this heavily populated area, makes no sense! You could save your customers money by reducing your expenses advertising to populations that can't even use your services! Poor targeted marketing!
