Phones returned to CostCo problem.

I bought and returned 2 phones from CostCo  within the  90 day period that CostCo has, actually returned them in 20 days and ATT will not acknowledge that they have been returned.  I actually sent them a a receipt from CostCo that shows the phones was returned and they still want us to continue making monthly payments on the phones.
